Removes grown-out extensions and applies to new, natural and grown lashes. Must have at least 50% or more lashes left intact after grown out lashes are removed. Anything less than 40% intact and/or past 3 weeks may be charged a new set.

In the event of extreme fallout immediately after the appointment, clients should contact us within 24 hours and provide pictures. A small touch-up within 72 hours of the appointment is complimentary and will take under 20 minutes. Any touch-ups required after 72 hours will be considered a 1-week fill touch-up. Please note that the longevity of the lashes is dependent on the client's aftercare.

In the rare case that a client is dissatisfied with the results or experiences an allergic reaction after the appointment, we will not be held liable, and there will be No Refunds under any circumstances.

*Lash prep*

Here are some valuable tips on how to prepare for your lash appointment:

​

1. Clean your lashes: Make sure your lashes are clean and free of any makeup or oils. Use a gentle cleanser to remove any residue.

​

2. Avoid caffeine: Avoid consuming caffeine before your appointment as it can make your eyes twitchy and difficult to work with.

3. Remove contact lenses: If you wear contact lenses, remove them before your appointment.

​

4. Avoid waterproof mascara: Avoid wearing waterproof mascara for at least 24 hours before your appointment as it can be difficult to remove and may affect the adhesive used for the lashes.

​

5. Communicate with your lash artist: Let your lash artist know if you have any allergies or sensitivities to products.

​

6. Arrive on time: Arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you have enough time for the lash application.

​

7. Relax: Take a few deep breaths and try to relax during the appointment. Lash extensions can initially take up to three hours to apply, so it's important to be comfortable.
